Learn & Master Guitar is an amazing guitar course. In all honesty, if you are truly serious about this whole learning guitar aspiration, and cannot afford to pay a private teacher$100 USD an hour, this is your best option. These lessons will help you learn how to play like a professional if you stick with them. This course includes (10) DVDs, (5) CDs (that you can play along with), and lesson book that leaves out none of the details. It’s techniques taught range from beginner to advanced, and we are confident that this will help you learn how to play many different genres of music. This technically isnt a course that will help you Learn To Play Guitar Online, but we highly recommend these DVDs above any other program out there.

There tons of “e-courses” that are trying to teach people how to play guitar on their computers from the comfort of their homes. Most of these courses have either been tested by me or one of my friends that play guitar, that helped me with the reviews for this site. The instruction for GuitarTricks was above most the other systems, and as far as online guitar courses go, this one will help you learn guitar online, at your own pace. Really for the price, and all that is offered, as well as the money back guarantee, you can’t go wrong with this.

How to Play Guitar by Roger Evans is the typical learn to play guitar book. This is a physical book, so it lacks audio and video. If you want to have a book to physically look at, this one is decent. These are easy guitar lessons, but are not recommended. It has good lessons, but we don’t recommend spending money on this if you get one of the services above. Stay away from this book if you are serious about learning the guitar!
