A few years ago there is no way that anyone would have thought of younger generations hitting the dance scene it would have all been the older generations but it would seem that thanks to shows like strictly come dancing younger people are attending traditional dancing holidays.

so what do people actually see in these holidays and why do they go?? I have to say that one of the biggest reasons is so that they can learn to dance and getting this lesson from someone that knows how to do things is the best thing to do. The only way of doing things that I can see to be better than this is if I was getting a lesson from Bruce Forsyth himself who is still into his dancing even into his 80s!

Getting close is something that dancing provides which is why so many couples go on them. You really can spice up the love life by getting really close and intimate on the dance floor and this is because the dances that you can do are very up close. If you stand and look at a couple after they have just danced you will see that they look a lot closer.

One of the best ways to keep in shape is to go dancing and this is why so many people do it too. Dancing is not as boring as so many of the other excercises like jogging and weightlifting. This is because you are doing the form of exercise with someone rather than just by yourself.
